Best plants for aquaponics. if you have any experience with traditional gardening, then you probably know about soil ph and how it affects plants. while aquaponics doesn’t use soil, it does have its own ph. ideally, that ph falls around 7. plants which require a much higher or lower ph than this won’t do well..
